Bengal Property Index (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes property price data, guides, and tools for West Bengal real estate at https://bengalpropertyindex.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, and how it’s used.

Information we collect

We do not require an account or login to use this site, and we do not knowingly collect names, addresses, or financial details from visitors. The information we do collect comes from two sources:

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are read and how the site is found. This collects standard usage data — pages visited, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and referring site — tied to a cookie identifier, not to your name.
  • Advertising. We may serve ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.
